| Competent Crew – 4 x 3 hour lessons – practical. This expands on the ‘Introduction to Sailing’ course or can be taken by anyone who would like to expand their knowledge of sailing.
Syllabus includes:
1. helm techniques
2. sail handling
3. man overboard and other emergency procedures
4. basic navigation
5. rules of the road
6. anchoring, docking and mooring
Upon successful completion of the courses, students receive a Certificate of Completion (Introductory course) or a Certificate of Competence (Competent Crew course).
Corporate Sailing
Whether it is a team building exercise for staff or enhancing relationships with clients an afternoon sail or a twilight race on the Harbour is an excellent venue for these purposes. Noakes have 3 identical 26ft keelboats available for charter either together for match racing, or separately, the choice is yours.
